The American Cancer Society is gearing up for its annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 24th at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This event promises to unite survivors, caregivers, and supporters in a collective effort to combat breast cancer, highlighting the urgent need for awareness and research, as 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime.
