GREEN, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Over an inch of rain fell in Belmont and Jefferson Counties over the weekend.
There was even some flooding in the Pittsburgh area.
But just a tenth of an inch of rain: measured at CAK from the tropical rainstorm.
They were the remnants of Hurricane Isaias.
